Armed with the invaluable experience gained from Michelin-starred restaurants, including the prestigious Substans, Chef Alex Nguyen Haugaard has learned to place taste above all else. Every dish created is a testament to their unwavering commitment to flavor, where each ingredient is carefully selected and prepared to perfection.
